Easily my favorite bar I have ever visited in my life. Great drinks at great prices with very friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating as well, solid bar in the area.

WOW! Lindsey you ROCK! It was the best service indoor and outside during the GROOVE BAND this Saturday. Consistent, efficient & pleasant and you ran your backside off in the heat waiting on all of us. The highest compliment to JO, the one woman kitchen magician, preparing, plating and presenting all this awesome food. The star of the food was the bowl of Philly cheeseburger soup full of flavor and ingredients of a cheesteak without the roll! $5 From the 8 ounce OPI burgers, romaine, onion, tomato, slab bacon x2, cheese and mushrooms on long fresh French bread. $12 Add some fried Zucchini fries with horseradish sauce for healthy side option. $6 Watermelon slush $8.50, a blueberry lemonade and a few beers later, we watched the band and enjoyed every minute of this hidden gem in Slatington. We stopped by every now and again when we are in the area. It’s the food, the OPI burger, soups, it’s all really delicious prepared with love by Jo!

A good place to go for drinks and food pretty much anytime, and a great place for covid 19 takeout. Plenty of unique specials, changing all of the time, to suite any appetite.

Thanks to our waitress, Lindsey, who ROCKED in every way; she was pleasant, speedy, efficient and worth every tip. The heart of a restaurant bar business is the magician in the kitchen. This particular place has one woman in the back of the house named JO, who preps, prepares, presents really fresh, cooked to order specialty foods done her way. Special shout out to her great food! The menu is extensive but we knew right away the bowl of Philly cheeseburger soup would be full of ingredients and tasty. The cheese base, peppers, burger crumbles, etc were substantial and satisfying. $5 Followed by a 8 ounce loaded OPI (old post inn) cheeseburger topped with fresh romaine, mushrooms, sliced onion, tomato, 2 pieces of slab bacon, all presented on a long piece of fresh French bread sliced roll. $11 Added an order of fried Zucchini fries (10), $5.49. A few specialty Summer cocktails: Blueberry lemonade, $8.50 and a Watermelon cooler, $8.50 plus a few Yuenglings refreshed us while watching the THE GROOVE band on the new covered outdoor patio. Great place with a long history of customer satisfaction.
